Fine Art Stationery, Inspired by Adventure
Throughout my life, I have been lucky enough to have traveled to so many amazing places and to have been inspired by interesting people, beautiful landscapes, breathtaking architecture and delicious foods. Adventure holds a special place in my heart. It’s not just a thing you do - it’s an experience filled with a wholeness of emotions that transforms your worldview, questions your beliefs, changes your perspective and creates lasting memories. My love of adventure and all that it brings, combined with my obsession with fine art paper has driven me to create a company that focuses on the importance of a thoughtful invitation, the story behind the client, the uniqueness of the event, and, of course, the beauty of the materials used to bring a vision to life.
be curious.
–
One pillar of a life well lived is a life of curiosity. Curiosity pushes the bounds of your comfort, and allows for something new and interesting to weave its way into your every day life. Curiosity fuels your quest for knowledge, allows you to engage in the world around you, and challenges your beliefs.
“The mind that opens to a new idea never returns to its original size.”
- Albert Einstein
explore.
–
In our fast paced world filled with the wonders of technology, I find an ever-increasing need to be outdoors, slow down, and connect with nature (and also good friends). Exploration provides the space needed for reflection, creativity, and ultimately, some of my most cherished memories.
“The world is full of wonderful things you haven’t seen yet. Don’t ever give up on the chance of seeing them.”
- JK Rowling
change perspective.
–
Adventure is more than just a vacation. It’s a chance to learn a new skill, taste a new dish, meet a new friend. Adventure allows you to change your perspective and incorporate your experiences into everything you do - whether that’s your relationships, your work, or, perhaps, your wedding invitations.
“The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”
- Eleanor Roosevelt
create memories.
–
Memory is the means by which we draw on our past experiences in order to use this information in the present. The best part of adventure is the inspiration that it brings to my work and my life. I love to hear a story a client has to offer and understand how important it is to incorporate that into a thoughtful design that creates treasured memories.
“A memory is a beautiful thing, it’s almost a desire that you miss.”
- Gustave Flaubert
